Day one: DUBROVNIK
Upon arrival to Dubrovnik Airport, transfer to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day two: DUBROVNIK
Breakfast. Sightseeing in the old town of Dubrovnik led by a local tourist guide: a walking tour 1.5 hour: Pile Gate, the Church of St. Saviour, Big Onofrio's Fountain, Main Street Placa- stradun, Orlando's Column, Fort Minčeta and many more attractions such as museums ecc. Free individual time. Dinner.
Day three: MAKARSKA - SPLIT
Breakfast. Bus trip to Makarska. Makarska - a picturesque city of enchanting beauty, the city of youth, culture, sport, and fun. Check in hotel. In the afternoon, bus trip to to the most beautiful city in Dalmatia called Split. Walking tour with local tourist guide to see the rich roman history this city has to offer. Enjoy your walk along the Riva and your visit to the Palace that was built in 295 AD. The ancient underground is stunning as is the church of St Duje. Check in hotel in Split. Dinner.
Day four: SPLIT - ISLAND BRAČ
Breakfast. All day excursion to the island of Brač in minibus and ferry. You will see all the beautiful attractions of the island and the most popular beach of Europe "Zlatni rat", situated in Bol. Bol is the oldest coastal settlement on Brač. It exists in the solitude of the southern landscape, at the foot of the Bol Crown and Vidova Mountain – which is the highest island peak of all Adriatic Islands (778 m). Lunch will be organized in a tavern with typical Croatian food. Free individual time. Back to the hotel. Dinner.
Day five: ŠIBENIK - ZADAR
Breakfast. Bus trip to the old town Šibenik. It was built on the city's south side where the Romanic Church of St. James had earlier stood. The cathedral construction began in the Venetian Gothic style, and was completed in the Toscano Renaissance style. Walking tour with a tourist guide for 1 hour. Lunch with be organized in tavern, where you can taste adriatic fish and wine….
Bus ride to Zadar. A city with a rich heritage of world importance, visible at every step. The Roman Forum from the 1st century, St. Donatus’ Church from the 9th century is the most famous medieval basilica and trademark of the city. The reconstructed Romanesque St. Grisigono's Church from the 12th century and the St. Mary's Bell Tower from the year 1105; the St. Anastasia's Cathedral from the 13th century; the People's Square with the City's Lodge and Guardhouse from the 16th century, as well as the fortification walls with first class sea (farer's) and Land gates from the 16th century followed by the Three and Five Wells Squares and many palaces, villas and other historic monuments. Check in hotel. Dinner.
Day six: NATIONAL PARK PLITVICE LAKES
Breakfast. Bus ride to the NP Plitvice Lakes, which opened in 1949 and protected by UNESCO since 1979. That is a specific geological and hydrogeological phenomenon of karst. The series of 16 bigger and a few smaller lakes, gradually lined up, separated by travertine barriers for which the period of the last ten thousand years was crucial, and which were ruled by ecological relations similar to those of today - suitable for travertine depositing and for the origin of the lakes - are the basic phenomenon of the National Park. Bus ride to Opatija. Check in hotel. Dinner.
Day seven: ISLAND KRK - OPATIJA
Breakfast. Bus tour to the island Krk. The Island of Krk is in the Bay of Kvarner or Quarnero. It is the biggest island in the Adriatic, with an area of 409.9 square kilometres. The highest peak is Obzova, at 569 m. In little town Punat we will take a boat trip around the island. We will see a city and port Krk on the western side of the island, 25 kilometres from Krk Bridge. A one-time Roman municipality and centre of the Frankopans, the dukes of Krk. Lunch will be organized in a tavern in Vrbnik. This little old town lies in the south east of the island and is 37 km from Krk Bridge. It stands on a 48 metre high cliff over the sea. It is a wine-growing area and famed for the local wine called Vrbnička žlahtina. Back to Opatija. Dinner.
Day eight: ISTRA TOUR
Breakfast. All day bus trip. Istria will attract you not only by its coast but also by the lovely and varied inland area. Join our tour to see Red, Grey and White Istria and enjoy the beauty of its green hills and numerous vineyards. Istria is also abundant in historical and cultural monuments. You will see medieval towns encircled by ramparts, situated on picturesque hilltops. We will visit the towns of Poreč, Rovinj and Pula. Walkin tour : Amphitheater, Triumphal Arch of the Sergi - Golden Gate, Temple of August, Communal Palace, Forum... Back to Opatija. Dinner.
Day nine: ZAGREB
Breakfast. Welcome to Zagreb, capital of the Republic of Croatia! Zagreb is an old Central European city. Zagreb offers its guests the Baroque feel of the Upper town, picturesque open-air markets, various kinds of shops and delicious local cuisine. Walking tour with a local tourist guide: old town Kaptol and Gradec, the Zagreb Cathedral, St Mark’s Church, the Lotrščak Tower, Town Hall, Mirogoj. Dinner.
Day ten: ZAGREB
Breakfast. Bus transportation to Zagreb airport.
